What a day we had last Saturday! We went to Half Moon Lake to ice fish. When we arrived, Half Moon received us beautifully. The fog was covering the lake. We knew that it was going to be a great day. Just by the way, Half Moon was receiving us like that.
We love Half Moon Lake. It's super pretty and has an alpine feeling with all the trees around it.
We saw a tiny moose on the way! It was fantastic.
When we arrived at the lake, it still had fog and blue skies. I immediately got out of the car and started capturing away!
The boys were getting ready to do ice fishing. I walked across the lake, searching for incredible landscape photos to capture. When I arrived at the other side of the lake, I could see them. The next thing I knew, I couldn’t see them. The fog got thicker, and the blue skies disappeared.
The guys caught 14 fish in total. Conor caught 8 of them. Matt caught 4, Dru caught 2.
I was overwhelmed with the beauty around me.
Matt is an excellent cook. We finish at his house with delicious food and company!
